Tyler Couch, Known in the Society
for Creative Anachronism (SCA) as Fasti Inn Hugprudti
Davvisson, has been an artist for many years. In 2009,
he turned his eye to mediums outside the sketch board. His main
love is easily identified upon sight. If you've ever seen him
on the battle field, he is his own walking
portfolio. From tooling to hardening and
shaping leather, he has helped
to repair, create, and improve not only his own kit but the kits
of many other fighters who participate in heavy combat.
If all this is greek to you, visit www.sca.org
to learn more about the SCA, and about its combat focus in the
martial arts of anachronistic medieval Europe.
While only leather and some shield
work is currently offered in his gallery,
his interests in metal work can be viewed via his portfolio. As
they become available, Fasti's metal
work will be added to the gallery for your purchase/
commission.
